CVS Tutorial

Have you ever worked on a project with more than one person?

Did you merge code by hand?

Have you ever worked on a project both at CS and at home?

Did you have to secure copy your files? Use a disk?

You should be using CVS!

CVS is the Concurrent Versions System - it's a tool that lets you maintain a centralized copy (repository) of your projects. You can then easily work on your projects with multiple people from multiple locations.
