It's scary just how close we came. The bill isn't just a little bad; it would have radically changed the face of technology. And groups like the RIAA and MPAA almost pushed it through. It just goes to show how vigilant we must be. Their lobbyists have a lot of money, and they are working relentlessly through their pawns such as Senator Orrin Hatch to get technology companies and consumers alike under their control.
