This page has been up for about three and a half years now, since before the days of Netscape back when Mosaic was cool. It was coded from scratch, without any wussy web authoring program. I hereby declare this page old-school.

Okay, so the form got stale. I want to do more with it and you, the loyal patrons of the page, want more done. So, send me suggestions for form questions!
